Welcome to FullyTackled.com, operated by We Are Fully Tackled Tackle Company, doing business as Fully Tackled (“Fully Tackled,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FullyTackled.com, including purchases, customer accounts, promotions, reviews, submissions, and other services offered through the website.

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or place an order.

1. ABOUT FULLY TACKLED

Fully Tackled is a family-owned freshwater fishing tackle company based in Michigan.

We sell curated freshwater fishing tackle assortments and may also offer individual tackle, fishing tools, accessories, apparel, merchandise, and other fishing-related products.

Our products, suppliers, inventory, assortment contents, and product categories may change over time.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to independently make purchases through FullyTackled.com.

A person under the age of legal majority may use our products only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement and supervision.

Fishing tackle may include sharp hooks, small components, tools, lead-containing products, and other materials that may be hazardous if improperly handled.

3. CURATED TACKLE ASSORTMENTS

Fully Tackled sells curated fishing tackle assortments.

Current assortment categories may include:

Fully Tackled Bass & Predator Box
Fully Tackled Panfish & Finesse Box
Fully Tackled Ice Fishing & Freshwater Combo Box
Fully Tackled Utility Freshwater Box
Other current or future assortments

Each assortment is designed around a fishing style, purpose, species group, or category.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, exact colors, patterns, finishes, sizes, brands, lure models, tackle styles, quantities within individual subcategories, and combinations may vary depending on inventory.

When purchasing a Fully Tackled assortment, you are purchasing the described assortment category and any contents specifically guaranteed on that product page, not every individual item appearing in photographs, videos, graphics, or advertisements.

4. ASSORTMENT VARIATION

Variation is an intentional part of the Fully Tackled assortment model.

Exact tackle may change based on:

Current inventory
Product availability
Supplier availability
Seasonal availability
New products
Product improvements
Customer feedback
Changes to assortment design

We may substitute an unavailable item with another item that reasonably fits the purpose and category of the assortment, provided that doing so does not violate a specific written guarantee on the product page.

Future versions of an assortment are not guaranteed to contain the same tackle as previous versions.

5. PRODUCT IMAGES

Product photographs may show representative examples of Fully Tackled assortments.

Unless specifically identified as guaranteed, an individual lure, color, pattern, size, brand, tool, or other item appearing in a photograph is not guaranteed to appear in every order.

Some advertising or promotional graphics may contain digitally created, AI-generated, composited, or simulated fishing tackle.

Where applicable, Fully Tackled may display language such as:

“Tackle simulated for advertising purposes. Final assortments vary.”

Simulated advertising imagery is intended to illustrate the concept, style, or variety of Fully Tackled products and does not constitute a guarantee of exact contents.

6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately.

Because our assortments rotate and inventory changes, product listings may describe categories of tackle rather than every specific item.

Any specific minimum quantity, included tool, guaranteed product category, or other express guarantee stated on a product page applies to that product when purchased.

Minor differences in color, packaging, finish, appearance, manufacturing details, or presentation do not necessarily make a product defective or incorrect.

7. PRICING

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Our flagship Fully Tackled assortment boxes may currently have a regular direct retail price of:

Prices may change at any time.

The price shown and accepted during checkout at the time an order is placed controls that transaction.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, typographical, technical, or listing errors.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected transaction. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the amount collected for the canceled transaction will be returned to the original payment method.

8. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Fully Tackled may periodically offer promotional pricing.

For example, an eligible $59.99 product may be offered for:

$49.99 with an eligible $10 promotional code.

Promotional pricing is not necessarily our regular price.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

Promo codes may expire.
Promo codes may have total redemption limits.
Promo codes may be limited per customer.
Certain products may be excluded.
Discounts may not be combined or stacked.
Promotional codes apply only to eligible purchases.
Promotional codes have no cash value except where required by law.
Promotions may be modified, suspended, or discontinued as permitted by law.

The terms accompanying a specific promotion control if they differ from these general terms.

9. SHIPPING

Our current standard direct-order shipping rate is:

$5.99 flat-rate shipping per order.

This means $5.99 per qualifying order, not $5.99 per box, unless a different shipping method, promotion, or rate is shown during checkout.

Shipping rates may change in the future.

Delivery dates and carrier estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Fully Tackled is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including:

Carrier delays
Weather
Transportation disruptions
Natural disasters
Incorrect delivery information
Government actions
Labor disruptions
Other events outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Contact support@FullyTackled.com as soon as possible if you discover an address error. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

10. SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required.

The amount may depend on the customer's shipping location and applicable tax rules.

Fully Tackled does not use one universal sales-tax rate.

11. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean Fully Tackled has accepted it.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:

Insufficient inventory
Payment failure
Suspected fraud
Incorrect pricing
Technical errors
Shipping restrictions
Promotional abuse
Violation of these Terms
Other legitimate business or legal reasons

If Fully Tackled cancels an order after successfully collecting payment, the amount collected for the canceled order will be returned to the original payment method.

12. ALL SALES FINAL — NO REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Fully Tackled:

FULLY TACKLED DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES.

Because our products include curated assortments containing rotating tackle selections, customers should review the product description, assortment category, variation disclosures, price, and shipping information before completing their purchase.

A customer's preference for a different:

Color
Pattern
Lure style
Size
Brand
Assortment combination
Presentation

does not create a right to a return or refund when the product otherwise conforms to its description.

The fact that another customer receives a different assortment combination also does not create a right to a refund.

This no-refund policy does not eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

If you believe you received an incorrect order, materially damaged shipment, or there is another legitimate fulfillment issue, contact:

We may review the circumstances and determine an appropriate remedy where required by law or where Fully Tackled elects to provide one.

Nothing in this section requires Fully Tackled to issue a cash refund except where legally required or where Fully Tackled itself elects to do so.

13. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders should be considered final once submitted.

Fully Tackled does not guarantee customer-requested cancellations.

If an order has already entered processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipment, cancellation may not be possible.

Fully Tackled may cancel an order for the reasons described elsewhere in these Terms. If Fully Tackled cancels a paid order, the amount collected for the canceled transaction will be returned to the original payment method.

14. INVENTORY

All products are subject to availability.

We may change, discontinue, replace, or modify products and assortment components at any time.

Inventory appearing online may occasionally be affected by synchronization delays, technical errors, simultaneous purchases, damaged stock, or other availability issues.

15. MULTIPLE-BOX ORDERS

When customers order multiple boxes, Fully Tackled may make reasonable efforts to vary colors, patterns, lure styles, or presentations when available.

We do not guarantee zero duplicates unless a specific listing expressly states otherwise.

16. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through payment services integrated with our Hostinger Ecommerce website.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

The information is accurate.
You are authorized to use the payment method.
You authorize the applicable processor to collect the amount shown at checkout.

Payment services may also be governed by the payment provider's own terms and privacy policies.

17. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Where available, customers may create an account with Fully Tackled.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login information.

You agree to provide accurate information and update it when necessary.

Notify us promptly at support@FullyTackled.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate an account reasonably believed to be involved in fraud, promotional abuse, unauthorized activity, impersonation, violations of these Terms, or security threats.

18. PRODUCT SAFETY

Fishing tackle should be handled carefully.

You acknowledge that:

Fishing hooks are sharp and can cause injury.
Many lures contain multiple hooks or treble hooks.
Small fishing components may create choking hazards.
Fishing tackle should be kept away from young children except with appropriate adult supervision.
Fishing pliers, cutters, and other tools can cut, puncture, or pinch.
Some fishing tackle, weights, sinkers, jigs, or other components may contain lead or other materials that require appropriate handling or warnings.

Inspect tackle before use and use all products only for their intended purpose.

19. FISHING LAWS

Fishing regulations vary by jurisdiction, body of water, species, season, fishing technique, and other factors.

Bag and possession limits

Hook restrictions
Bait restrictions
Line restrictions

20. NO GUARANTEE OF CATCHING FISH

Fishing results depend on numerous factors beyond Fully Tackled's control.

No lure, bait, assortment, recommendation, fishing article, video, or other product guarantees that a customer will catch fish.

21. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

Customers may be permitted to submit:

Reviews
Comments
Fishing photographs
Catch photographs
Videos
Testimonials
Suggestions
Other content

You may not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, intentionally misleading, threatening, infringing, malicious, or that violates another person's privacy or legal rights.

Fully Tackled may moderate or remove User Content where reasonably necessary.

22. CUSTOMER PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

Sending Fully Tackled a photograph or video does not automatically grant Fully Tackled unlimited commercial rights to use it.

If we want to feature customer photographs, videos, testimonials, catches, or similar material on FullyTackled.com, social media, or advertising, we may request permission or use a submission process containing specific permission terms.

The terms of that permission will govern the authorized use.

23. FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS

Fully Tackled is intended to be Built With Anglers, and we encourage customer feedback.

Customers may suggest:

New products
New tackle
New assortment categories
Species-specific products
Product changes
Features
Other ideas

General ideas or feedback voluntarily submitted through ordinary customer-feedback channels may be used by Fully Tackled to improve or develop products without compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Do not submit confidential inventions, trade secrets, or proprietary information through ordinary feedback channels.

24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Fully Tackled name, logos, original graphics, photographs owned by us, designs, written content, slogans, website layouts, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to We Are Fully Tackled Tackle Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unauthorized commercial copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation is prohibited.

25. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE

You may not:

Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

UNINTERRUPTED WEBSITE OPERATION;
THAT EVERY TECHNICAL ERROR WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED;
THAT ANY PARTICULAR LURE WILL CATCH FISH;
OR THAT EVERY PRODUCT WILL BE SUITABLE FOR EVERY ANGLER, WATER, SPECIES, OR FISHING CONDITION.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

32. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE FULLY TACKLED TACKLE COMPANY, FULLY TACKLED, AND THEIR OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS.

For claims arising from a purchase, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

33. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Are Fully Tackled Tackle Company, Fully Tackled, and their owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims or losses arising from:

This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

34. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Natural disasters
Fires

Labor disruptions

Government action

Power outages

35. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

To the extent legally permitted, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or transactions with Fully Tackled that are not otherwise required to be heard elsewhere shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court serving Marquette County, Michigan.

36. INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact Fully Tackled so we have an opportunity to address the issue.

41. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
